Roots of the Path
Lineage & DevotionVedika's work is rooted in the traditions of Tantra, Yoga, Ayurveda, Bhakti and esoteric wisdom. An E-RYT 500 certified Tantra Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner, she has spent more than two decades immersed in the spiritual traditions of India and Nepal.
Her deeper initiation into Kaula Marg Tantra unfolded in Nepal under the guidance of her Guru, Yogi Prakash, where she lived and served within the ashram while co-facilitating Tantra Yoga Teacher Trainings.
